I had the Pleasure of joining yoga with Aditi 6 months ago. I always loved the way she taught Yoga.I really appreciate her care and attention to my level of experience and comfort. Yoga helps me feel at ease with my body as i strengthen my muscles and I started improving posture. Practicing yoga regularly promotes good health whatever your physical type is, It increases my stamina, it reduces fatigue and above all it makes me more resistant to stress and it also improves my physical health. I look forward to upcoming classes with the intention of ultimately achieving my yoga position and mindfulness. I Would highly recommend taking a Yoga with Aditi class.
