Vinyasa yoga, also called “flow” because of the smooth way the entire practices is done through flowing from one pose to another. Its also called Power Yoga as it is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where the practitioner fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

This is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It’s a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga.
